Welcome to Casa Provenza, an exclusive retreat located in the prestigious Pinos de Alhaurín urbanisation, in Alhaurín de la Torre. This magnificent holiday villa combines comfort, spaciousness and privacy in a privileged location, surrounded by century-old pine trees with wonderful views of the mountain and just a 20-minute drive from the best beaches of the Costa del Sol, the international airport and the vibrant centre of Málaga.

The accommodation features a spacious living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, which includes an oven, microwave, hob, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, cutlery and all the necessary utensils for cooking comfortably during your stay. The dining area invites you to enjoy pleasant meals with family or friends, whilst the living room has two comfortable sofa beds and a television for your moments of rest.

An elegant hallway connects the four rooms of the villa, two of them with en-suite bathrooms. All the rooms are equipped with two single beds to guarantee maximum comfort. The private bathrooms offer different wellness options, one with a bathtub and another with a shower tray. Additionally, the property has a third complete bathroom with a bathtub for the rest of the guests.

One of the most outstanding aspects of Casa Provenza is its complete adaptation for people with reduced mobility. The villa is designed without steps or architectural barriers that hinder access, and all beds are electric and reclining, with remote control for greater comfort.

Recently, a fantastic leisure area has been incorporated in front of the swimming pool, equipped with a modern kitchen, a cosy living room with TV, pool table and two additional sofa beds, creating an ideal space for sharing unforgettable moments.

The villa has high-speed WiFi connection and air conditioning to guarantee maximum comfort throughout the year. Outside, a spacious plot offers a privileged setting with a beautiful private pool, lush gardens and a pleasant gas barbecue area, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate.

The property has outdoor parking for one vehicle and a security system with operational cameras on the perimeter of the plot. Access is completely autonomous thanks to a smart lock that facilitates guest arrival. We will request a deposit of 500 EUR, which will be returned one week after your departure, once the villa has been inspected.
